A genuine Vercel alternative passes the managed web deployment predicate for the workload's actual deployment unit: source, static output, function, or OCI container. Static-only, edge-function, and full application runtimes qualify only under their stated condition. Framework behavior, build configuration, routes, environment scope, runtime APIs, and requested-region availability remain mandatory workload gates.
